What happens if PACE is terminated or wound-up?
The Group can give notice that it wishes to close PACE at any time. If PACE is closed, the Trustees, with the Group's consent, have the right to wind-up PACE. In the unlikely event that this happens, your benefits would be secured in accordance with the Rules and the general law relating to pensions.
