What happens if I have a dispute about the benefits or conditions of PACE?
Any problems with PACE can usually be sorted out by asking the Group Pensions team for more information. If you find that there is something with which you disagree, there is a formal dispute procedure that can be used by anyone who has rights in PACE. This is a two-stage process.
