Moving Forward Together - The Co-operative Group's Employee Consultation on Pension Changes
On 18 July 2011 the Co-operative Group undertook a consultation with its employees over proposed changes to the Group’s pension arrangements. The consultation closed on 23 September. The Group will consider the responses to the consultation and has advised the Trustees that it intends to announce its future pension arrangements to employees early in 2012.
The Trustees are aware of the Group’s proposals and subject to the satisfactory completion of consultation the Trustees would expect to agree to the Group’s proposals.
