PACE is the Co-operative Group Pension (Average Career Earnings) Scheme.
PACE is a defined benefit pension scheme and was set up by the Co-operative Group to provide a high quality pensions solution for the Co-operative Group's many and varied employers. It came into operation at the beginning of April 2006.
